  GGTI298 Trifluoroacetate is a CAAZ peptidomimetic geranylgeranyltransferase I (GGTase I) inhibitor, which can inhibit Rap1A with IC50 of 3 μM; little effect on Ha-Ras with IC50 of >20 μM.
